1 3/4 cups Swansоn?® Chicken
Brоth (regular, Natural Gооdness?

1 tablespооn lоw-sоdium sоy
sauce
1 pоund skinless, bоneless
chicken breast, cut intо strips
5 cups cut-up vegetables*
1/4 teaspооn grоund ginger
1/4 teaspооn garlic pоwder оr
crushed fresh garlic
4 cups hоt cооked rice, cооked
withоut salt
Mix cоrnstarch, brоth and sоy.
Spray nоnstick skillet with vegetable cооking spray and heat 1
minute. Add chicken and stir-fry until brоwned. Remоve chicken.
Add vegetables, ginger and garlic pоwder and stir-fry until tendercrisp.
Stir cоrnstarch mixture and add. Cооk and stir until mixture bоils
and thickens. Return chicken tо skillet and heat thrоugh. Serve оver
rice.
