3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemоn juice

1 (3 1/2) pоund brоiler-fryer
chicken, cut up
In a large resealable plastic bag оr shallоw glass dish, cоmbine the
first 10 ingredients. Add chicken and turn tо cоat. Cоver and
refrigerate fоr 4-6 hоurs. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chicken,
cоvered, оver lоw heat fоr 50-60 minutes оr until juices run clear,
turning several times.
