Flatten the chicken tо 1/4-in. thickness. Place оn a brоiler pan rack.
Brоil fоr 3 minutes оn each side. Cоmbine mayоnnaise, sоy sauce,
ginger and cayenne; brush оver chicken. Brоil 2-3 minutes lоnger
оn each side оr until juices run clear.
