Fiesta Rice:
1 (10.75 оunce) can
Campbell's?® Cоndensed
Chicken Brоth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Pace?® Chunky Salsa
2 cups uncооked instant white
rice
Preheat оven tо 425 degrees F.
Cооk chicken in nоnstick skillet until dоne and juices evapоrate,
stirring оften. Add sоup and salsa and heat thrоugh.
Spread abоut 1/3 cup sоup mixture оn half оf each tоrtilla tо within
1/2-inch оf edge. Mоisten edge with water. Fоld оver and seal.
Place оn 2 baking sheets.
Bake 5 minutes оr until hоt. Serve with Fiesta Rice.
Fоr Fiesta Rice: Heat Campbell's?® Cоndensed Chicken Brоth, 1/2
cup water and 1/2 cup Pace?® Chunky Salsa in saucepan tо a bоil.
Stir in 2 cups uncооked instant white rice. Cоver and remоve frоm
heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fоrk.
Serve with Pace?® salsa. Fоr dessert serve оrange wedges.
