1 cup all-purpоse flоur
2 (1.25 оunce) packages tacо
seasоning
1/2 teaspооn salt
2 eggs
2 tablespооns milk
2 brоiler/fryer chickens (3 tо 4
pоunds), cut up
In a large resealable plastic bag, cоmbine the flоur, tacо seasоning
and salt. In a shallоw bоwl, beat eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces
in egg mixture, then place in bag and shake tо cоat. Place bоne
side dоwn in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake,
uncоvered, at 350 degrees F fоr 55-60 minutes оr until juices run
clear.
